The schedule is now set for the 2012 Canadian Meat Goat Association Annual General Meeting and Conference to be held Friday, March 30 and Saturday, March 31 at Wascana Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan. This year we will be combining our event with the Saskatchewan Goat Breeders Association AGM. We are extremely fortunate to again feature one of North America’s best-known writers and speakers on meat goat nutrition, marketing and management, Dr. Frank Pinkerton. Dr. Pinkerton has generously offered to come and speak on multi-species grazing and nutrition. Other topics presented at this event will include: parasite control, biosecurity, and preferences of meat goat buyers.
The registration fee for the two-day conference is only $75, which includes both Friday and Saturday’s speeches – the downloadable registration form below includes the complete agenda. Pre-registration for the conference is required and must be received by the CMGA Office prior to March 15, 2012. The CMGA is now able to receive payments via PayPal; contact the office for an invoice and then pay for your AGM registration online with your credit card. The CMGA Annual General Meeting portion of the event is on Saturday, March 31 at 1:15 pm and is free for all CMGA members. The SGBA AGM is on Saturday at 9:45 am.
